Mountain therapy awaits at Skyview Station, a 3-story Log Cabin with lavish leather furnishings, end-of-road seclusion, and views of North GA mountains. Remodeled with cozy upscale furnishings and modern amenities specifically for a larger family or group mountain vacation, the cabin provides plenty of room with 2,700 sf, 6 beds, smart TVs, speedy internet, stocked kitchen, theatre, game room, gas fireplace, firepit, gazebo, wraparound porch and BBQ Grill. The upstairs loft is HUGE, with a 2nd living room and ENCLOSED King primary suite and private balcony.
After an adventure-filled day in nearby towns, the kids can play a game of pool, ping pong or Wii (or their own gaming system), watch a movie in the theatre room, while the foodies whip up dinner with a fully stocked kitchen or grill out on the BBQ. Relax with beautiful vistas and a glass of wine from a local winery or local craft beer, or have some private time swinging, share stories, laughs and moonshine around the fire pit and gazebo area.

✔END OF ROAD PRIVACY Yes, we're in a nice, normal neighborhood, but you can't tell because our cabin is located at the end of the road, nice and private.
✔TERRAIN The cabin is spread out over 3 levels on a 1.5-acre property surrounded by trees. The unique location is at the end of the road, which means you will have full privacy and won't be disturbed by neighbors while you relax while you enjoy the views. Unlike most mountain spots, our land doesn't 'drop off' with no ability for family to spread out or children to play; instead, the usable land on the property provides ample space for the family to roam around without any restrictions. You can even access the private loop trail, which starts and ends at the gazebo and fire pit area. We have enough space for parking several cars, including under-building parking on the base level with inside access to the 1st level.

The cabin is equal distance between the downtowns of Murphy NC and Blairsville, GA and 25 min to Blue Ridge. Nearby towns are Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Brasstown, Hayesville, Franklin, Highlands, Cherokee, Helen, Mineral Bluff, Brasstown, Hiawassee, Bryson City, McCaysville, and Chattanooga. So much to do in the area!
MURPHY is the "City of Flowers", it is known for its beautiful downtown, nestled among 2 rivers with cute shops, eateries, breweries & restaurants, and 3.4 mile popular Nature Riverwalk. Just east of downtown is Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino and just west is the Fields of the Wood religious experience. Parts of the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway, popular motorcycle routes, can be found here as well. Murphy is also home to an alpaca farm to visit. Murphy is the westernmost piece of North Carolina, sharing state lines with Georgia and Tennessee. Gorgeous views, beautifully appointed & cozy!
I have been using Airbnb rentals for several years now, and this has been my, as well as my daughter and guests, most favorite by far! Our hostess, Maria, was incredibly helpful, from the directions to getting there, recommendations and overall just awesome. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, peaceful, had gorgeous views, beautifully appointed and cozy. We absolutely did not want to leave when our time was up. This is a cabin that I would definitely love to go back to when visiting the same area. I give my most thanks to our host and hostess for giving us the privilege of use of their cabin for the weekend!
Spacious, well stocked & mountain views!
Wonderful weekend family getaway. The host really goes above and beyond with small things to make your stay feel more like home like an amazing coffee bar. The house was spacious and well stocked with awesome outdoor space and decks to view the mountains. The kids loved the game room. Plenty of room to hang together or disburse for some alone time. Private, quiet and comfort but also not far from town or rec areas. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and would definitely return.
Perfect front porch mountain views!
Skyview Station offered an amazing mountain oasis for our summer vacation. The perfectly situated cabin in North Carolina - is appropriately secluded yet close to shopping and fun activities. The view from the porch was perfect and the cabin is comfortable with ping pong / a pool table and electronic games for all ages. A great family choice to vacation!
Have stayed multiple times, we love it here!
We have 5 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. We love the location of this cabin because it's surrounded by so many fun things to do and see. This cabin stuck out to us because it was so thoughtfully appointed. Everything you could ever want or need is provided. They even have k-cup coffee of assorted flavors for your pleasure. That's such a nice touch. The place is spotless and they even decorate it for the holidays. They were ultra responsive when we had any needs as well. You will be so happy if you find the availability to stay here. Our family loved it.
Beautiful decor for our Thanksgiving getaway!
We decided that we wanted to do a destination for our Thanksgiving holiday this year and that we wanted our (mostly) adult children with us. Maria and Dave literally think of almost everything with this beautifully appointed property. It is spotless inside and had room to very comfortably accommodate our family of 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler. Inside and out we kept discovering new things!! Maria reached out and asked if we would like it decorated for Christmas before our arrival (we of course said yes); pictures do not do the decorations justice!! I could go on and on; but do yourself a favor and go see for yourself! The hosts are wonderful communicators and so friendly. We we definitely be back to enjoy this cabin and Murphy again!!
No stone unturned, this place has it ALL!
Maria’s place was EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING. The pictures don’t do this place JUSTICE. It is amazing and very CLEAN! It had every amenity that you would need and if you didn’t want to go anywhere you didn’t need too. The game room was AWESOME, with the WI console, and the ping pong table, and pool table. The kitchen was stocked piled with everything you would need to make a gourmet meal. Maria left no stone unturned when it comes to attention to detail. Also plenty of good surprises not mentioned ( the Master bathroom is Everything) Plenty of space to accommodate a large party. They even had the place decorated for Christmas. The view was breathtaking and it was very private and serene. My family’s enjoyed it thoroughly. So if you are in or around the Murphy NC area, visit this place, you won’t be sorry!!
One of the nicest cabins we've ever stayed at
Maria was really easy to work with and responded quickly. The property is well taken care of, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances. Also a nice full size washer and dryer. She provided dishwasher and laundry soap. Plenty of nice quality bath towels, a nice touch. It's obvious she wants her guests to have a nice stay. Even had wood for the fire pit (didn't use it though). I have been renting cabins for many years and this was one of the best ones. We were there for 2 weeks and had no problems. We will definitely consider it in the future.
Best stocked cabin EVER!
This has to be easily the best stocked AirBNB I have stayed at. There were plenty of utensils and supplies for our stay. The place was well decorated, private and we really enjoyed our stay! Maria provided detailed instructions for us. We couldn't have asked for more during our stay, except that we had more time to stay here!

Our family had a awesome vacation, The cabin was really nice, peaceful, and private. The pictures were not enough to describe this cabin you have to see it, was very amazing. Very clean and everything my family of 8 needed. Gave room a bonus kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.
Mountain views anytime!
Maria’s cabin was great! It was very very clean. The kids enjoy the game room and the theater room. Waking up in the morning and looking out through The huge windows face the mountains was so beautiful. Some mornings you would look out and see the mountains and everything was crystal clear. Other mornings and wake up and see the fog just below the Mountain tops, which is absolutely breathtaking to me! The cabin had all the amenities that you can ask for! We will definitely be back as often as we can.
