Awesome property!

Woods Upon A Time was an amazing property and well appointed. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was AWESOME. We saw deer ON the property 2 of the 4 nights we were here. We saw deer every day in the neighborhood. We looked ahead at another stay next month, but it's so wonderful that it's almost booked solid! Only 3 dates (not in a row) showed availability. THAT alone should tell you how great this place is! A+

All Around "10" Stay!

Can’t say enough about our stay at Woods Upon A Time. Beautiful area, lovely cabin and responsive host. We felt right at home and the cabin was so cozy. Close to so many things we were never bored. Everything you could need was provided, we literally needed only to bring our clothes. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would recommend to friends and family. Bed was super comfortable and we are very fussy about our bed. Just an all around “10” star stay.

Anniversary trip!

We spent our 2 year anniversary here. Amazing !! The home had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the Fall decorations and attention to detail. Fire pit was great and all supplies were provided. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Maria gave tons of great information prior to our stay.

Decor was beautiful!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Bed and couches were super comfortable which is a huge plus staying away from home. Decorations were beautiful and they thought of almost everything you could need. Very relaxing and we will definitely be back!

Well thought out cabin!

Such a beautiful and thoughtfully put-together cabin! I wish we had more time to stay, it was the perfect retreat on a long road trip!

Great set-up, location, price, hosts!

My husband and I came for a weekend getaway. Maria was so responsive with all my questions within a reasonable amount of time. Everything listed on the description of the cabin is for real. We were so pleased with the set-up, location, price, hosts, etc. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Murphy was a great home base!

Maria was amazing as our host! We knew nothing about the area, but was able to visit and feel comfortable with all of the information Maria gave to us! We will be visiting the area again due to the location! Murphy was a great home base for visiting the touristy towns yet not having to be in the middle of all the usual traffic! We were able to come back to the cabin and just relax after a day of exploring! Thank you again to her and Dave for sharing their story and cabin with us!

Cabin has everything you need

My family enjoyed this cabin for a week long getaway during spring break . The cabin is very well decorated with comfy beds and a wonderful wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal also has a wonderful propane grill . The outdoor fire pit was our evening go to for star gazing and s’mores. Beautiful front porch with a pond view was my morning coffee spot!!Lots of hiking trails nearby and shopping was convenient. Would recommend this cabin to all!!!

Loved our stay!

Woods upon a time is absolutely beautiful, the decor was perfectly selected, the fire place is gorgeous, and they have all the things you need to make this better than home. The porch looks out to the fire pit and the pond. Sitting here drinking coffee, reading and watching the birds was so peaceful. Dave and Maria have thought of everything and are quick to respond with any questions. Loved our stay here.

Exceptional cabin!

The cabin is decorated exceptionally well and very inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The location is secluded yet convenient to many nice destinations. Highly recommend!
